How to Create my Account

Creating a Chicks Gold account is as important as creating an account for your favorite apparel store; you need to be registered in order to purchase the service a company is selling. This process is very straightforward as you have to click on the create an account button. From that point you will be required to enter your personal information and confirm your-email. Once you setup your account you will have to verify your information in order to start buying or selling goods.
How to Enable 2FA
Two-factor authentication is a security measure that further secures users’ accounts. It prevents unauthorized users from accessing an account with a stolen password. Passwords are an old way of protecting accounts and have to be reinforced with 2FA. Chicks Gold has a 2FA that’s very simple to use. If you have an iOS open your camera and on androids open Google Lens or Authenticator in order to scan the QR code. From there you will receive a unique set of numbers that you have to input into the required field and press confirm. At that point you enabled 2FA. Every time you try to login to your Chicks Gold account you will receive a one-time passcode that you have to enter in order to gain access.
How to Reset my Password
Attempting to gain access to your account but all you see is the unsettling red color? Do not worry as this is a common issue people have. We are human, we make mistakes and forget account passwords, right? In order to reset your password all, you have to do it click on the reset password button and you will be redirected to a page that requires your e-mail address. Once entering your e-mail, you will quickly receive a reset password e-mail. Following instructions from that e-mail will get you to our change password page. Once you enter and confirm your new password you will be able to successfully login to your Chicks Gold account.
How to Delete my Account
There comes a time when people have to move on and as it may be a sad time, hopefully the created experiences will be memorable and spark happiness when remembered. If you choose to delete your account, do not get surprised if you cannot find the delete button in your account settings. This is in place to avoid unwanted problems from occurring with the webpage.
